Move your feet to the beat

30 minutes mini trampoline workout. Regular aerobic exercise can enhance your overall fitness level, improve your cardiovascular health and strengthen the muscles you use during the workout. Rebounding on a mini-trampoline can increase your metabolic rate, which means you continue to burn calories at a higher rate even after you're done jumping

LadyBells

Swing like a lady

30 minutes Kettlebell workout that will get your heart racing tone your body from top to toe

Kettlebell training offers you the ability to burn fat with high-intensity workouts. Any weight loss program can be difficult to accomplish, but using kettlebells provides a fun and exciting alternative to "normal" workouts that help to keep you motivated. By consistently working out with kettlebells, your metabolism will increase which will result in a decrease of body fat percentage.

30 minutes Calisthenics

Calisthenics helps you to build functional strength. That means you can develop such a power that you can use in daily activities. You will be able to lift heavier things easier, climb the stairs or a tree.

It also supports your weight loss. Almost all the calisthenics exercises are compound moves. That means more than one muscles group is activated during the motion. This way your body needs to burn more calories. Also, because of the more working muscles, your body needs more oxygen so these exercises will improve your cardiovascular system as well.

With movements inpired by Yoga, Pilates and a Kegels.   We take your body through slow strength movements with resistance, light weights and body weight.  Focusing on our breath and becoming one with each movement.
