Using light weights, Dance this class will have you smiling from eat to ear and singing out loud

Work up a sweat and dance with somebody, all night long because us girls just wanna have fun

30 minutes Barbell Workout that will tone your body from top to toe

This Great workout will have you pushing your body and feeling amazing after

Move your feet to the beat

30 minutes mini trampoline workout. Regular aerobic exercise can enhance your overall fitness level, improve your cardiovascular health and strengthen the muscles you use during the workout. Rebounding on a mini-trampoline can increase your metabolic rate, which means you continue to burn calories at a higher rate even after you're done jumping




30 minutes Kettlebell workout that will get your heart racing tone your body from top to toe

Kettlebell training offers you the ability to burn fat with high-intensity workouts. Any weight loss program can be difficult to accomplish, but using kettlebells provides a fun and exciting alternative to "normal" workouts that help to keep you motivated. By consistently working out with kettlebells, your metabolism will increase which will result in a decrease of body fat percentage.

Work up a sweat and feel the burn in all the right places with this fun body toning class.  We focus on each body part using slam balls, weights and bands to get the perfect workout to tone our bodies.

30 minutes Boxing exercise 

A 'Lady That Punches' Sustained Intensity of Boxing Burns Fat. Boxing Lets Out Your Aggression and Builds Your Confidence. Upper body movements that streamline your torso. Ducks, dives and lunges give you great legs. Persistent punching will tone your arms.


You Won't Know Whats HITT You

30 Minutes Circuits

Overall, HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise in a shorter amount of time. These benefits include lower body fat, heart rate and blood pressure. HIIT may also help lower blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity

Flowing through our bodies movements

With movements inspired by Yoga, Pilates and ballet.   We take your body through slow strength movements with resistance, light weights and body weight.  Focusing on our breath and becoming one with each movement.
