JinFit is more than just fitness classes we pride ourselves on getting to know our members on a personal level so they can get the best out of their workouts.
I created JinFit with just women in mind and their hectic lifestyles. I've worked hard to form classes that would suit every woman no matter her fitness level. I know first hand how hard it is to start a fitness journey as I've had to rebuild my fitness and strength over and over due to illness and I know how daunting it an be to walk into a new place.
Having just had twins I also know how hard it is to make YOU time and that's why we allow kids of all ages to come along.
We have classes for pre and postnatal ladies and for all ages.
Stop thinking about it and come on down and join in the fun.

I created JinFit back in the summer of 2015. I have had a love and passion for fitness, health from a very young age and it was only in my 30's I found the confidence to follow my dreams and open a wellbeing centre focused on womens health and wellness.
I pride myself on learning my clients needs, goals and sharing my knowledge of health, nutrition with them on their fitness journey and to help them on their way of feeling the best they have in years.
In 2015 whilst opening the wellbeing centre I was struck down with a rare autoimmune disease that attacks my small blood vessels in my upper raspatory system and kidneys. I spent one month in hospital and three years on steroids, chemotherapy treatment which has placed my disease in remission. I thrive on keeping myself strong so when the my illness attacks my body is healthy enough to defend itself. I have also been blessed in October 2019 to have give birth to two beautiful healthy girls and have been spending my time rehabbing my body to get it back to a new stronger, beautiful postpartum body.

DO YOU HAVE TO BE A MEMBER
We don't have membership just class passes or pay as you go to make life easier for you.
I HAVEN’T EXERCISED IN YEARS. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE?
The hardest thing is getting your butt back into fitness. i suggest you set a date, book yourself onto a class 3 times that week and make sure you can stick to those days and stick at it no matter what. By making it a part of your weekly routine your more likely to stick at it.
I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
The more the merrier. If you bring along a friend they will get there first class free, but make sure you book them on with you
WHAT CLASSES CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO ?
Babies, toddlers and children are welcome to come to all of our classes. We have WiFi and a kids corner where they can sit and watch.
However we do ask that your child gets use to the centre before bringing them to a LadyBells as there is lots of swinging of these iron balls.
Please remember when bringing your children to classes they are your responsibility.
