ABOUT JINFIT

JinFit is more than just fitness classes we pride ourselves on getting to know our members on a personal level so they can get the best out of their workouts.

Jin created JinFit with just women in mind and their hectic lifestyles.  She worked hard to form classes that would suit every woman no matter her fitness level.  Jin knows first hand how hard it is to start a fitness journey as she is constantly having to rebuild her strength due to her ongoing chemo treatments and dealing with a life long chronic illness. 

Classes are short and sweet and kids of all ages are welcome at no extra cost to come sit and watch or you can pay for them to join in the fun.

Stop thinking about it and come on down and join in the fun.

DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP IF I’M NOT SURE THAT I WANT TO JOIN?

No membership needed you can pop along and pay as you go to any of our classes

I HAVEN’T HIT THE GYM IN YEARS. HOW CAN I GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE?

The hardest thing is getting your butt back into fitness. i suggest you set a date, book yourself onto a class 3  times that week and make sure you can stick to those days and stick at it no matter what.  By making it a part of your weekly routine your more likely to stick at it.

I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?

The more the merrier.   If you bring along a friend they will get there first class free, but make sure you book them on with you

WHAT CLASSES CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO ?

Babies, toddlers and children are welcome to come to all of our classes.  We have WiFi and a kids corner where they can sit and watch.


However we do ask that your  child gets use to the centre before bringing them to a LadyBells as there is lots of swinging of these iron balls.  


Please remember when bringing your children to classes they are your responsibility.

When you feel close to giving up, a training partner can be all the more important because they can help you build up your motivation again. A sporting challenge among friendscan help you to push each other and stretch your limits

We were founded back in 2015 by Janine Osborne-Bowring to be a place where any female can come and get a great workout. We want you to leave feeling better than ever.
