Hey folks! I’ve been working on a startup idea and I keep hearing that understanding customer opinions early can make or break a business. I’ve looked into surveys, focus groups, and even social listening tools, but I feel like I’m missing something deeper. Some people talk about “actionable insights,” but I’m not sure what that actually means in practice. Is it just about collecting data or is there a bigger process behind it?
