Breakfast is always about the pancakes


1 banana

2 eggs 

1 tablespoon of chia seeds 

3 tablespoons of ground almonds 

1 teaspoon apple spice mix 

2 tablespoon Coconut oil for frying. 

Blend everything in blender until smooth. 

Place a frying pan on medium heat add a small amount of coconut oil and get your fry on.  Use a small amount of coconut oil for each pancake 🥞
